Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or shipped products for safety and integrity reasons.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@altarabio.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Unpaid / Cancelled Orders
Orders that have not yet been paid can be cancelled at no charge — simply do not submit payment, and the order will expire.
