How Payment Works
Altara Bio uses a simple, secure post-checkout payment process. You pay for your order after you complete checkout — no card details are entered on our website.
Venmo (Primary Payment Method)
Immediately after you submit your order at checkout, our Venmo handle and payment instructions are displayed on the order confirmation screen, and are also emailed to you.
- Open your Venmo app and send your exact order total to @JoshAndersonsf (venmo.com/u/JoshAndersonsf).
- In the payment note, write ONLY your order number (for example: Order #1234).
- Set the payment to private and press send.
Very important: On all payments, please never write anything in the memo or notes section other than your order number. Do not reference any product names or classifications.
After You Pay
Once your payment is received and matched to your order, you will receive a confirmation that your payment was successful. Your order then ships the following business day, and your tracking information is emailed to you at that time.
