Description

KPV is a synthetic tripeptide fragment derived from the C-terminal sequence of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). Laboratory research has examined KPV in cell-culture models investigating melanocortin-receptor-independent anti-inflammatory signaling, including modulation of NF-kB pathway activity and cytokine expression in epithelial and immune cell lines. This compound is intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research into inflammatory-signaling pathway biology.
